At Midstate Containers, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our returns process is designed to be transparent and efficient to get your project back on track.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.

  Prepare the Shipment

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and documentation are included, and clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior.

• 3.
  Arrange Transportation

  Ship the package to our designated distribution center using a tracked carrier service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality compliance, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 to 10 business days.
